Responsible Partying and Safe Rides
Freerides is a nonprofit initiative funded by private donors, dedicated to providing free ride-share transportation home. Freerides solely covers the cost of ride fares and does not assume responsibility for any other services, including but not limited to vehicle towing, parking violations, or any consequences of illegal parking on public or private property. By using the Freerides program, participants acknowledge that Freerides is not liable for any damages, fines, or legal issues arising from their transportation choices. Users are responsible for ensuring their vehicles are legally parked and adhering to all local laws and regulations. Freerides reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this service at any time.
About Free Rides Program
**LIMITATION OF LIABILITY** IN NO EVENT SHALL FREE RIDES PROGRAM, A TEXAS NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR ECONOMIC LOSSES, OR FOR INJURY TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES RENDERED BY FREE RIDES PROGRAM, A TEXAS NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION. THE FOREGOING SHALL APPLY TO ALL CLAIMS AND ACTIONS OF ANY KIND AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO NEGLIGENCE OR STRICT LIABILITY), OR ANY OTHER GROUNDS, AND REGARDLESS OF WHETHER A PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, AND NOTWITHSTANDING ANY FAILURE OF ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF ANY LIMITED REMEDY.
